Tradition dictates that we go to my mother in laws barbecue and watch the fireworks from her roof top! Even though she was in Italy we still went. We went to the movies, had yummy bbq skewers and steak, ate fruit to our hearts content and then let off fireworks (which started a little fire {about 4 feet high}) which was immediately put out! We then played on the roof and watched the fireworks! It was a great way to celebrate this great Nation that we live in!
