We finally got word that after a year and a half---that the adoption is going to be finalized! We are all elated! Here is a photo of the DD doing what she does best---using her phone either talking or texting!!

Yeah!! I'm glad it's finally happening. As you know I think it's crazy that it's taken so long. But as we all know, the system is not perfect. Congratulations!
