Today is bright with blue skies immediately over my head. The visibility is about 5 miles. The hills and mountains that I normally look out my window to see are covered with haze and smog--(as you can see in the attached photos). Everyone in the family (on Thomas's side) are well with houses still standing as of this post. School is still out--so I am taking this advantage to be in my PJ's...(yeahhhhh).
There are lots of areas being evacuated but nothing too close to us! Again we are asked to stay indoors and not to go out unless absolutely necessary. We just pray and watch that we continue to stay safe.
